It's A Small World EverywhereI stand in line at some corporate chain store next to a man seemingly distraught and highly distracted  What could be so necessary he bump into me with his hundreds of white candles so rare  To be honest if he had spoken I may have snapped or just not known how to have reacted  He was making this purchase for a televised vigil for the man gunned down and watching I was ashamed I was so unaware   
Somebody turns on their generic television set and the nightly news appear it could be anywhere  Anybody can read the headline screaming It’s A Small World Everywhere  But not everybody truly knows the depth of It's A Small World Everywhere

Hey, I was just browsing through your gallery (Thank you random deviation button) and I have to say that I can see some serious potential in your work...but I also have to say, you've got a ways to go. As helpful criticisms might I recommend playing around with line breaks? Your poetry tends to be just consecutive lines without break which makes it seem a little rushed and unpolished. Another thought would be working on some tightening of the words, you seem to use more words than neccesary to get a point across which dilutes the impact of the piece, remember, if it isn't grammatically correct, there's no problem. I just thought I'd stop by and drop a few helpful hints for someone i see has some potential.
